Mori-nu Silken Tofu is a good source of protein and a perfect alternative to meat or dairy products. Low-fat, heart-healthy vegetable protein for grilling, stir frying & sautéing. Its diversity lends to its use not only in authentic Asian cooking but also in dishes such as smoothies and desserts. Great alternative to eggs, dairy, and meat.

Mori-Nu is the only Silken Tofu with a shelf stable aseptic Tetra Pak® package. With up to 12 months shelf life from date of production, the package requires no refrigeration until opened.

The creamy, velvety smooth texture of Mori-Nu Silken Tofu makes it an ideal alternative to dairy products, mayonnaise, and even poultry and red meat. Use as a base in everything from meat alternatives to desserts.

Substitute heavy cream or milk with Mori-Nu Silken Soft or Organic Soft or Firm Tofu in cream pies, or dairy-free puddings and soups. Use Mori-Nu Silken Extra Firm Tofu in vegetarian burgers, chili, spaghetti Bolognese, or casseroles.
